💳 Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LifeScribe
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
For refund requests, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly — they handle all refunds.
🗑️ Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data in three ways:
- In-app: Settings → "Delete Account"
- Web: trylifescribe.com/delete-account
- Email: Send a request from your registered email to hello@trylifescribe.com
A 7-day grace period applies before permanent deletion.
🔒 Privacy & Data Concerns
For privacy questions, data export requests, or to exercise your rights under CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, or the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, email hello@trylifescribe.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
🎙️ Voice Cloning Issues
If your voice clone isn't working as expected, try re-recording with a quiet environment, consistent volume, and clear pronunciation. Need more help? Email us with your account details.
📱 App Crashes or Bugs
Sorry about that. Please email hello@trylifescribe.com with:
- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, Pixel 8)
- Your operating system version (iOS 18.2, Android 14, etc.)
- What you were doing when the crash occurred
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
