We're sorry to see you go. Your stories and personal data can be permanently deleted at any time. Choose whichever option works best for you.

Delete in the app
The fastest way. Open the LifeScribe app and go to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request by email
Send a deletion request from your registered email address to:
Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We'll confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

What happens when you delete your account: All your stories, chapters, voice recordings, photos, and personal data are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before being purged. Subscription cancellation is separate — cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
